Permanently delete your Benno TV account. You must sign in before anything is deleted.
This page is the official Benno TV account deletion request. Anyone can read these instructions without signing in. Deletion itself is only performed for the signed-in Benno TV account.
How to delete your Benno TV account
- Open this page: bennotv.com/delete-account.html
- Sign in with your Benno TV account.
- Choose Delete Account.
- Confirm that you want permanent deletion.
What is deleted
When deletion completes, Benno removes account data associated with that Benno TV account, including where applicable:
- account and profile records;
- entitlement and subscription state stored by Benno;
- registered devices;
- installation and account associations;
- trial history linked to the user account;
- Companion account and device associations, if they exist.
This process does not remove playlists, provider credentials, or other media-source settings that exist only on your device.
What may be retained
Limited records may be retained when needed for abuse prevention, security, fraud prevention, or legal and accounting obligations. A privacy-preserving identifier may be retained after account deletion to prevent repeated use of the free trial. Deleting your account does not reset free-trial eligibility.
We do not publish a separate numbered retention period here beyond what is described in the Privacy Policy.
Paid subscriptions
Deleting your Benno TV account does not automatically cancel an active subscription billed through Google Play or Paddle. Cancel that subscription with the billing provider separately. If Benno still sees an active paid subscription, you will be asked for an extra confirmation before deletion continues.

Deleting your Benno TV account does not automatically cancel an active subscription billed through Google Play or Paddle. Cancel that subscription with Google Play or Paddle yourself. Continue only if you understand that Benno account deletion is separate from those billing providers.

This browser session has been signed out. If you still have an active Google Play or Paddle subscription, cancel it with that provider.
